Welcome to Affike. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Affike platform, operated by Affike Technology Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the Affike offerwall network and all related services.
- "Publisher" refers to website or app owners who integrate our offerwall.
- "Advertiser" refers to businesses promoting offers through our platform.
- "User" refers to end-users who complete offers through the offerwall.
- "Revenue" refers to earnings generated through valid offer completions.
2. Account Registration
To use our services as a Publisher, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must not share your account credentials with third parties.
3. Payment Terms
Net 45 Payment Policy
All publisher payments are processed on a Net 45 basis. This means payments for approved revenue earned in a given month will be processed 45 days after the end of that month.
- Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD (or equivalent)
- Payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency
- Revenue below the threshold will roll over to the next payment cycle
- Payment processing may take 3-5 business days after initiation
4. Revenue Reconciliation
Right to Reconciliation
Affike Technology Private Limited reserves the right to reconcile all revenue before processing payments. This reconciliation process ensures accuracy and protects against fraudulent activity.
- We may adjust revenue based on advertiser chargebacks or reversals
- Invalid or fraudulent conversions will be deducted from earnings
- Revenue reconciliation occurs during the Net 45 payment period
- Publishers will be notified of any significant adjustments
- We reserve the right to withhold payment pending investigation of suspicious activity
5. Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention
Fraudulent Activity Policy
Any fraudulent activity will be flagged and the account will be immediately disabled.Affike employs advanced fraud detection systems to maintain platform integrity.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fake conversions
- Incentivizing users to complete offers through unauthorized means
- Click fraud, impression fraud, or conversion fraud of any kind
- Using VPNs, proxies, or IP masking to manipulate traffic sources
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules
- Misrepresenting traffic sources or user demographics
- Manipulating or tampering with tracking parameters
- Colluding with users to generate fraudulent activity
Consequences of fraud: Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended. All pending earnings will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover damages. Banned users may not create new accounts.
6. Platform Usage
When using our platform, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
- Maintain accurate postback URLs and integration settings
- Respond promptly to any compliance inquiries from our team
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Affike platform are owned by Affike Technology Private Limited. You may not use our branding, logos, or content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affike Technology Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Any pending payments for legitimate, verified revenue will be processed according to our standard payment schedule.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
